This role is located in <strong>Shelbyville, KY</strong> and will be fully on-site. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Starting Pay: $23.50/hr</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Schedule: Rotating 12-hour Shifts </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Pay Schedule: Weekly</strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Manufacturing Operator Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Runs HMI to ensure the manufacturing line runs without interruptions.</li>\n <li>Safely operates mobile plant and equipment such as forklifts, yard sweepers, front-end loaders, skid steer, and Sengenbogen per applicable procedure.</li>\n <li>Directing Shred/Sort technicians to empty hoppers as needed</li>\n <li>Load infeed hoppers.</li>\n <li>Print/apply rejected box labels and change out as needed.</li>\n <li>Check/Empty conveyor cleanout tubs.</li>\n <li>Take empty boxes/skids out.</li>\n <li>All other duties assigned during shifts</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Manufacturing Operator Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>3 + years of manufacturing experience</li>\n <li>3 + years of forklift experience</li>\n <li>1 + years of heavy equipment operation</li>\n <li>Ability to calculate basic math to verify weights</li>\n <li>Ability to work rotating shifts</li>\n <li>High School Diploma</li>\n <li>Positive Attitude</li>\n <li>Excellent attendance</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Joining Wieland’s team gives you…</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Benefits</strong> - Including Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life & more!</li>\n <li><strong>Retirement Savings</strong> - 401(k) contribution + match.</li>\n <li><strong>Work/Life Balance</strong> - Paid Vacation & Holidays.</li>\n <li><strong>Growth Opportunities</strong> - We have over 9,000+ employees worldwide and 40+ locations in North America alone.
