    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Schedule:</strong> Sign-up schedule.  Looking for someone that can work nights, weekends, and holidays. Shift times run from 0600-1600, 0800-1800, 1000-2000, 1200-2200, 1600-0200 and 2000-0600.</p>\n<p><strong>Position Type:</strong> Personal Service Contract - Independent Contractor (1099)</p>\n<p><strong>Pay:</strong> $193/hr base,</p>\n<p><strong>Differential Pay:</strong> $198/hr for nights, weekends, and holidays.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Consult with consultants appropriately.</li>\n <li>Provide medical advice over the telephone.</li>\n <li>Complete all required paperwork.</li>\n <li>Diagnose and treat diseases and injuries.</li>\n <li>Perform medical procedures.</li>\n <li>Obtain an adequate history, physical, assessment, and plan in a timely and appropriate manner on each patient and develop a treatment plan.</li>\n <li>Utilize paraprofessional staff as appropriate.</li>\n <li>Respond to cardiopulmonary arrest as appropriate and arrange appropriate backup from the Emergency Medical Service (EMS).</li>\n <li>Interpret electrocardiograms.</li>\n <li>Preliminary to interpret radiographs to include CAT scans Direct medical care through radio communication with an ambulance.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>The Emergency Room Physician shall have a <u>doctorate degree</u> from an accredited college.</li>\n <li>The Emergency Room Physician shall possess <u>board certification</u>, or board eligible, in emergency medicine (American Board of Emergency Medicine (ABEM) or American Board of Osteopathic Emergency Medicine (ABOEM) only or have successfully completed an <u>accredited emergency medicine residency</u> and applied for board certification in emergency medicine (ABEM or ABOEM only).</li>\n <li>Physicians shall be current in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Provider (NRP), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).</li>\n <li>Physicians shall possess board certification in a field other than emergency medicine.</li>\n <li>Experience: At least 5 years of experience working in the ER.</li>\n <li>Possess and maintain a current unrestricted <u>license</u> to practice as an Emergency Medicine Physician.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Kako'o Services LLC</strong></p>\n<p>Kako'o Services is a premier provider of healthcare workers to various military treatment facilities across the United States.
