This role includes system start-ups, winterization, routine maintenance, and repairs. You will troubleshoot issues, estimate materials and time for jobs, and help keep systems running efficiently.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Key Areas of Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<p><strong>System Maintenance & Installation:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain irrigation systems for commercial properties.</li>\n <li>Install pipes, valves, and sprinkler heads.</li>\n <li>Use hand and power tools for installation and repairs.</li>\n <li>Troubleshoot and fix existing systems.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>System Optimization:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure proper water coverage for landscapes.</li>\n <li>Inspect systems and make upgrades when needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Scheduling & Coordination:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Plan daily and weekly work schedules.</li>\n <li>Order and track materials and inventory.</li>\n <li>Record time and materials used and submit daily reports.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Team Collaboration & Supervision:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Communicate with operations and account management teams.</li>\n <li>Help supervise team members when needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Equipment & System Support:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles.</li>\n <li>Plan for labor, materials, and equipment needs.</li>\n <li>Repair valves, electrical components, and irrigation controllers.</li>\n <li>Set up timers and locate system zones and valves.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Professionalism:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain a professional appearance and attitude.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>#IND</p>\n<p><strong>Education, Experience, and Skills Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>At least 5 years of irrigation maintenance experience.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of commercial irrigation systems and components.</li>\n <li>Experience using common irrigation tools.</li>\n <li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.</li>\n <li>Good communication and organization skills.</li>\n <li>Irrigation certifications preferred (not required).</li>\n <li>Strong work ethic and ability to multitask.</li>\n <li>Experience repairing underground irrigation systems.</li>\n <li>Ability to install and program irrigation controllers.</li>\n <li>Skilled in diagnosing and fixing issues such as leaks and wiring systems.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>_______________________________________________________________________________________________________</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Physical Demand Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.</li>\n <li>Ability to climb ladders and work in all types of weather conditions.</li>\n <li>Must be available to work 24/7, with the ability to respond quickly to urgent needs.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>_______________________________________________________________________________________________________</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Other Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>valid driver’s license required</li>\n <li>Must be able to travel to various work sites as needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>_______________________________________________________________________________________________________</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Benefits/Perks</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive salary commensurate with experience.</li>\n <li>Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance.</li>\n <li>401(k) retirement savings plan with company match.</li>\n <li>Opportunities for professional development and advancement.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><em>Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
