Review Associates are responsible for performing first level and assisting with quality control review of documents in litigation and investigation matters, collaborating with Lighthouse Review Managers on review strategies and workflows, and effectively incorporating appropriate Lighthouse technologies to ensure quality and timeliness of all managed review deliverables.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">This will be a temporary, project-based position.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>What will this person do?</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: square;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform efficient and accurate first level review of documents for relevance, privilege, confidentiality, issues, redactions, and other topics per project requirements.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist with efficient and accurate quality control review of coding decisions made by first-level review team and provide feedback as needed.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Execute and implement Review strategy in collaboration with Lighthouse Review Managers and Senior Review Associates.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist with identification of substantive and procedural queries to Lighthouse Review Managers&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Understand and implement Lighthouse Managed Review technology and workflows.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Bring your passion and together we will shine. It would also be great if you had the following:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: square;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">One+ year of experience as a document review attorney with review provider or law firm.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Juris doctor degree.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Licensed to practice law and in good standing in at least one US jurisdiction.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience performing document review for complex financial services and pharmaceutical clients preferred.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to execute complex review workflows while adhering to established accuracy targets, project timelines, and budget parameters.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Self-motivated, with strong sense of ownership and commitment to client satisfaction.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Knowledge of litigation discovery process and objectives.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong written and oral communication, careful attention to detail, and general technical aptitude.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently or as part of a team.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Proficiency as an end user in Relativity, Brainspace, Blackout or comparable platforms.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience implementing matter-tailored quality control measures across a variety of discovery matters.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:17.1pt;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:17.1pt;\"><strong>Work Environment and Physical Demands</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: square;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Duties are performed in a typical office environment while at a desk or computer table.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Duties require the ability to use a computer, communicate over the telephone, and read printed material, in a quiet and professional setting.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Duties may require being on call periodically and working outside normal working hours (evenings and weekends).</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Lighthouse celebrates and thrives on diversity and is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
