Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, this leader will guide multidisciplinary engineering teams, drive innovation, and ensure the delivery of high-performance, scalable hardware solutions.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Hardware Design &amp; Development</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Lead the hardware engineering team to deliver innovative sensorized container twins, integrating PCB, electronics, and mechanical design with customer-specific packaging geometries.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Drive the adoption of best practices in hardware design, including design for manufacturability, testability and reliability.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Scale and grow the team, establishing effective onboarding, mentoring, and training processes for new members.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Direct the creation and refinement of manufacturing tooling, such as custom fixtures, jigs, and equipment, to ensure scalable, consistent and reliable end products.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Collaborate with software, firmware, and product management teams to align hardware design with product goals and market requirements.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Evaluate emerging technologies and materials to improve product performance, efficiency, and innovation.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Bachelor’s degree in engineering, electronics, mechatronics, or a related field (advanced degree a plus).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">10+ years of leadership experience in hardware engineering, R&amp;D, or product development.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Proven track record of leading multidisciplinary hardware teams and delivering complex hardware products.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong technical expertise in electronics, PCB design, mechanical integration, and embedded systems.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience defining hardware roadmaps, technical standards, and driving engineering innovation.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
