    "description": "<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p> <strong>POSITION SUMMARY:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The purpose of this salaried, exempt CTRS position is to promote a therapeutic environment for all residents by assessing recreational preferences, creating and implementing innovative group and individualized recreation programming, maintaining timely documentation, and enhancing quality of life through individualized person-centered interventions.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Understands and promotes Elizabeth Seton Children’s Mission, Vision, and Core Values to ensure application with organizational policies and procedures.</li>\n <li><p>To plan and lead group and individual activities</p></li>\n <li><p>Maintain and record quarterly and annual progress reports</p></li>\n <li><p>Keep daily statistics</p></li>\n <li><p>Complete initial resident assessment</p></li>\n <li><p>Assist in decorating of facility for holidays and events</p></li>\n <li><p>Assist in the selection, planning and implementation of special events</p></li>\n <li><p>Maintain supplies in an orderly and safe manner</p></li>\n <li><p>Assist in selection and ordering of supplies</p></li>\n <li><p>Attend plan of care and physiatry meetings</p></li>\n <li><p>Attend in service training sessions</p></li>\n <li><p>Perform any duties relevant to the function of the department</p></li>\n <li><p>Maintain flexible work schedule to assist in needed situations or emergencies</p></li>\n <li><p>As assigned by supervisor will act as an instructor for recreation students and provide all necessary supervision/hands on experience in order to complete and fulfill fieldwork assignment</p></li>\n <li>Other related duties as may become necessary or as directed by your supervisor, department director, and/or administrator</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education and License/Certification Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>B.S. degree in Therapeutic Recreation Therapy</p></li>\n <li>Certification in Therapeutic Recreation Therapy</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Experience</h2>\n<p><strong>Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>One year experience</li>\n <li>Experience working with physically and cognitively challenged children preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Salary Range:</strong></p>\n<p>$66,300.00/Yr. To $70,000.00/Yr.</p>",
