You’ll ensure best practices are implemented, compliance standards are met, and every team member goes home safe each day.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>HazTek is seeking a seasoned Construction Safety Manager to support a large-scale capital construction project at an active pharmaceutical/industrial facility. This role requires a collaborative leader who can integrate contractor safety programs with site operations while driving visible leadership and a strong safety culture.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop and implement the project Construction Safety Plan</li>\n <li>Review and approve contractor safety plans, risk assessments, and high-risk activity procedures</li>\n <li>Provide visible safety leadership through audits, inspections, and field engagement</li>\n <li>Lead contractor coordination meetings and support project team collaboration</li>\n <li>Oversee permit-to-work systems, LOTO, heavy lifts, and high-risk construction activities</li>\n <li>Monitor safety performance, validate reporting, and coordinate incident investigations</li>\n <li>Support commissioning, pre-start-up safety reviews, and project closeout documentation</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>5+ years of construction safety experience in industrial, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing environments</li>\n <li>Experience working in active/operating facilities preferred</li>\n <li>Strong communication and contractor management skills</li>\n <li>OSHA 30 required; CHST, CSP, or equivalent preferred</li>\n <li>Proficient Microsoft Office skills </li>\n <li><p>Embody HazTek's Core Values of Integrity, Compassion, Dependability, Leadership, Accountability</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>HazTek Safety Management is a full-service, objective safety partner, founded in 1997.
