This role will manage day-to-day ad-hoc requests and research data issues.&nbsp;Desire to learn quantitative and qualitative analysis skills are required to be successful. &nbsp;With Integrity&rsquo;s rapid growth, the duties for this role are continuously expanding with an abundance of upward growth opportunities.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Assist with data extraction, manipulation, and transformation based on requirements from stakeholders.</li><li>Aggregate and provide quality assurance of data provided by various business units in support of centralizing data to the Data Warehouse.</li><li>Validate, research, and prepare complex and large volumes of data using a variety of tools, tactics, and mechanisms.&nbsp;</li><li>Aggregate and provide quality assurance of data provided by various business units in support of centralizing data to the Data Warehouse.</li><li>Research data based on pre-defined methodologies and make recommendations for corrections and improvements.</li><li>Summarize, document, and present analysis findings.</li><li>Manage project assumptions, risks, issues, and dependencies.</li><li>Project management of multiple ongoing activities including coordination of IT and internal team resources.&nbsp;</li><li>Meet deadlines with accurate results in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Experience and Skills</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Minimum of 6 years of experience in data analysis, validation, or a similar role.</li></ul><ul><li>Expert user of Microsoft Excel.</li><li>Advanced user of data visualization tools, such as Power BI and Tableau.</li><li>Experience utilizing project management tools, such as Smartsheet, Asana, JIRA</li><li>Experience with SQL required.</li><li>Experience with Azure and/or Snowflake required.</li><li>Experience with Alteryx preferred but not required.</li><li>Background in Health &amp; Life Insurance sales is preferred but not required.</li><li>Willing to work with a team of diverse backgrounds and skillsets in a collaborative environment.</li><li>Highly motivated problem solver with the ability to think critically.</li><li>Self-starter with an innate curiosity and drive to understand data.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><em>Integrity Marketing Group, LLC is an Equal Opportunity employer.
