You will provide strategic advice and consultative solutions to business leaders including driving outcomes with organisational development, leadership development, engagement and change management to drive a culture of high performance.</p><p></p><p>You will partner with global and regional CoE&#39;s and functional business partners to lead core talent cycle programs throughout the year (e.g. Talent Management, Calibration, Compensation Planning, Succession Planning etc.), keeping a pulse on workforce analytics, utilising Workday’s innovative HCM product to ensure talent strategies and metrics are outcome driven with regional nuances. </p><p></p><p>You will partner with an ecosystem of HR CoE&#39;s to drive performance management and investigations. In partnership with the business and Talent Acquisition you will drive business hiring and workforce planning.</p><p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p><p style=\"text-align:left\"><b>About You</b></p><p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p><p>The successful candidate is a People Business Partner who embodies Workday’s culture and core values. This role requires a combination of expertise in strategic partnering as well an ability to maintain the role of a trusted coach - this combination enables you to regularly and confidently influence.</p><p></p><p><b>Basic Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li><p>12&#43; years demonstrated ability supporting executive clients in high growth technology companies.</p></li><li><p>Experience in supporting large matrixed and dynamic organisations with hyper growth (500&#43; workmates and VP plus executive level)</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Other Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li><p>Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, listening, presentation, meeting facilitation.</p></li><li><p>Executive presence: resilience, consultative style, and the ability to translate complex ideas into simple terms.</p></li><li><p>Ability to operate with agility, to multitask and context switch in support of supporting multiple regional client groups.</p></li><li><p>Experience in facilitation and organisation effectiveness methodologies.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of APAC labour law and regional practices.</p></li><li><p>The ability to leverage technology, including AI, to analyse, synthesise employee data to create valuable context and  actionable insights.</p></li><li><p>History of building and deploying People Programs to drive measurable, positive change.</p></li><li><p>Ability to orchestrate cross-functional alignment across the HR Ecosystem, e.g. Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits, People Consulting/Employee Relations and People Operations.</p></li><li><p>Good understanding of and comfort in working in a matrixed structure.</p></li><li><p>Ability to build credibility with business clients and mentor/support People &amp; Purpose colleagues.</p></li><li><p>Strong program/project management skills.</p></li></ul><p></p><p style=\"text-align:left\"><br /><br /><b>Our Approach to Flexible Work</b><br /> </p><p style=\"text-align:left\"><span>With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
