This role is ideal for someone with a technical background and hands-on experience delivering building services projects in live operational environments such as hospitals, industrial plants, or manufacturing facilities.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">You’ll be supporting the successful delivery of technically complex projects, ensuring that services remain live during upgrades, and working alongside experienced consultants and clients to deliver outcomes that make a real impact—especially in the health sector.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Support the delivery of building services projects in critical brownfield environments such as hospitals and industrial facilities.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Contribute to the planning and coordination of mechanical, electrical, and controls (BMS) systems upgrades.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Assist with disruption and outage planning, minimising downtime for essential services.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Work with clients, consultants, and contractors to manage progress and expectations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Participate in the procurement of design and construction teams, and administer contracts through delivery.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Ensure project documentation, risk management, and reporting are accurate and timely.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Uphold a strong health &amp; safety culture throughout the project lifecycle.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">About You</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">5+ years of experience in project delivery, ideally with exposure to live building services upgrades.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Technical background in mechanical or electrical engineering preferred, or solid experience from the contractor side.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Understanding of mechanical, electrical and controls (BMS) systems, and the risks associated with service outages.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Experience in procurement and contract administration.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Experience working in healthcare environments is a strong advantage, but not essential.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Great communication and coordination skills, with a practical, solutions-focused approach.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Why Join the Frequency Whānau?</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">At Frequency, we believe in the power of genuine, in-person collaboration.
