We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Treasury Operations Analyst to support the Group’s treasury operations, ensuring effective cash and liquidity management, banking administration, financing activities, treasury reporting, risk management, and treasury systems enhancement. The successful candidate will contribute to maintaining efficient treasury processes, strengthening operational controls, and supporting the Group’s financial stability and growth. Key Responsibilities Monitor daily cash balances and liquidity positions across Group entities and support short-term cash forecasting and liquidity planning activities. Coordinate treasury payment processes, ensuring timely execution, proper approvals, and compliance with internal controls and banking requirements. Support the management of banking relationships, including administration of bank accounts, e-banking platforms, signatories, mandates, and banking documentation. Assist with intercompany funding activities, cash transfers, and cash optimization initiatives across the Group. Monitor loan repayment schedules, financing obligations, and debt-related reporting, ensuring accurate maintenance of financing records and documentation. Support financing transactions and coordinate operational matters with banks and other financial institutions. Assist in the monitoring and administration of foreign exchange (FX), interest rate, fuel, and commodity hedging activities, including settlements, reporting, and documentation. Maintain treasury records, confirmations, hedge registers, and supporting documentation, ensuring compliance with treasury policies and procedures. Prepare treasury reports related to cash positions, liquidity, debt, treasury exposures, and key treasury performance indicators. Coordinate bank KYC reviews, onboarding requests, and compliance documentation, liaising with internal and external stakeholders as required. Support internal and external audit requests and contribute to maintaining a strong treasury control environment. Participate in Treasury Management System (TMS) projects, process improvement initiatives, and automation efforts aimed at enhancing treasury efficiency and reporting capabilities. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in treasury operations, corporate treasury, banking operations, or a related finance function. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis. Experience working with e-banking platforms and treasury workflows. Exposure to Treasury Management Systems (TMS) will be considered an advantage. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and a proactive, results-oriented mindset. Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities. High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
