    "description": "<p>Glazier Apprentice/Aluminum Shop Worker</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Summary:</span> Fabricates aluminum framing to meet production schedules, able to work and communicate with all employees, responsible for staging jobs and ensuring all pieces are accounted for.</span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p>Role and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Able to read and understand shop drawings</li>\n<li>Able to read and understand system specific fabrication instructions</li>\n<li>Able to lift 55 pounds on a regular basis</li>\n<li>A good understanding of required fabrication techniques for current aluminum manufacturers</li>\n<li>Communicate with Shop Lead/Area Manager any inventory needs required for the aluminum shop</li>\n<li>Follow a fabrication release, accurately cut material, fabricate, and assemble</li>\n<li>Assist Department Head to receive, unpack, examine and check in materials</li>\n<li>Assist Department Head to move materials from receiving areas. Sort and place on racks or shelves.
