    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Role overview</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The Senior Accounting Manager will play a critical role in building and operating a high-performing, in-house finance function at GreenScale.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Reporting to the Director of Accounting, this role is responsible for the integrity of group financial reporting, including ownership of month-end processes, IFRS-compliant consolidation, and financial control across a multi-entity international structure.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This role sits at the centre of the finance function—combining hands-on technical execution with process design and team leadership. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure financial information is accurate, reliable, and supports effective decision-making.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This is a role for someone who is comfortable operating in a growing, evolving environment, where structure is still being built and high standards are expected from day one.</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Group Reporting &amp; Consolidation (IFRS)<br></span>Own the preparation of monthly group consolidation under IFRS, including intercompany eliminations, multi-currency adjustments, and resolution of intercompany differences. Ensure outputs are accurate, well-documented, and audit-ready.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Month-End Close &amp; Financial Control<br></span>Lead and continuously improve the month-end close process, ensuring timely and high-quality financial reporting. Maintain strong balance sheet integrity and a robust financial control environment across all entities.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Finance Function Build &amp; Process Design<br></span>Support the transition from outsourced providers to an in-house finance model. Design and implement scalable processes, controls, and policies to support long-term growth and operational autonomy.</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Management Reporting &amp; Business Insight<br></span>Deliver clear, business-facing financial reporting, including P&amp;L, balance sheet analysis, and commentary. Translate financial data into meaningful insights for senior stakeholders.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Payments Oversight &amp; Governance<br></span>Oversee the payment process and review outputs from the Finance Analyst, ensuring compliance with internal controls and audit standards.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Audit &amp; Statutory Reporting<br></span>Lead preparation for year-end audit and statutory reporting across multiple entities.
