The Assistant Starbucks Manager will help direct operations for the Starbucks location. This strategic leader will be a dynamic team player with a strong background in leading teams and providing an exceptional customer experience. </p>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>help manage all retail operations for the Starbucks location </li>\n <li>motivate, coach, mentor and develop frontline staff and supervisors </li>\n <li>provide high-level service to customers </li>\n <li>oversee cash handing processes and POS programming and maintenance</li>\n <li>help manage vendor relationships and compliance </li>\n <li>maintain all product merchandising, marketing and ordering standards are in place</li>\n <li>coordinate department safety and sanitation</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p>Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
