This role involves configuring, administering, and managing web applications and tools, while also focusing on content management to enhance decision-making and site value. The individual will be responsible for editorial activities, customer engagement, and continuous website improvement.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Website/Tool Administration:</span><span> </span>Configure, manage, and administer all aspects of website and application tools to ensure proper functionality and accessibility.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Content Development &amp; Management:</span><span> </span>Develop and manage content for multiple websites and tools, serving as a key source for information dissemination and decision-making.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Editorial Activities:</span><span> </span>Perform editorial duties, including gathering, researching, and creating content that enhances the website’s value.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Customer Feedback &amp; Improvement:</span><span> </span>Seek out and engage customers to gather feedback for website enhancements and ensure the user experience remains optimized.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Negotiation &amp; Content Acquisition:</span><span> </span>Locate, negotiate, and acquire content that aligns with the website's goals and user needs.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Web Design &amp; Standards:</span><span> </span>Ensure that web design aligns with current standards, including HTML and web graphics types, while adhering to production management best practices.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Data Analysis &amp; Reporting:</span><span> </span>Build searches, reports, and dashboards, and write custom scripts, reports, and programs as needed to establish and track website metrics.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Architecture Documentation &amp; Standards:</span><span> </span>Prepare architecture documentation, and assist in the design and implementation of website standards, tools, and methodologies.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Qualifications: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field.</li>\n<li>Minimum of 1 year of experience in website or application management, web design, and content creation.</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of HTML, web graphics, and production management standards.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience with Cybersecurity SIEM (Splunk, Elastic)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span>Experience with Microsoft Power Platforms (PowerBI, Power App, Power Automate)</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span><span>Experience with Atlassian Software products (JIRA, Confluence, Service Desk, etc.)</span></span></span></li>\n<li>Experience in creating and managing dashboards, searches, reports, and custom scripts.</li>\n<li>Ability to gather and research information to improve site content and usability.</li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to gather and integrate customer feedback.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Clearance:</span><span> </span>Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Desired Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> Splunk Core Certified Power User</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">ITIL v4 Practice Manager (PM)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>CULTURE REQUIREMENTS:</span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span> Engineers, Analysts, and Developers at Cintel, Inc. are highly motivated, technical, and self‐organized.
