More can be found about our methods and company at www.turningpointcenters.com</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Competitive Pay and Benefits include</strong>:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>401(k)</li>\n <li>401(k) matching</li>\n <li>Medical, vison, and dental insurance </li>\n <li>Prescription drug plan</li>\n <li>Flexible spending accounts</li>\n <li>Health savings accounts</li>\n <li>Voluntary short-term and long-term disability coverage</li>\n <li>Employee assistance programs, financial support, tuition reimbursement, and much more</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Pay: $17-$19 per hour, full-time</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>**Monday-Thursday 10pm - 8am**</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Location: 3681 S 2300 E Millcreek, UT 84109</strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>The following job description is not inclusive of all job responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct client intakes</li>\n <li>Maintain healthy boundaries.</li>\n <li>Rounds and document client location/activity/mood.</li>\n <li>Facilitate recreational/non-clinical groups</li>\n <li>Transport clients off site in a 15-passenger van (no CDL required)</li>\n <li>Supervise and participate in off-site recreational activities.</li>\n <li>Medication management.</li>\n <li>Light housekeeping (replacing living staples, trash, launder linens)</li>\n <li>Writing detailed documentation</li>\n <li>Use online-based client medical records systems.</li>\n <li>Complete verbal “hand-offs” from shift to shift.</li>\n <li>Managing emergency situations, de-escalating clients</li>\n <li>Escalate situations to clinical and medical providers as necessary.</li>\n <li>Conduct room searches, bag searches, and safety inspections.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma / GED</li>\n <li>Must be 21 years old or older</li>\n <li>Active/valid driver’s license without DUI’s or serious moving violations within last 3 years</li>\n <li>Must be able to pass a federal background check through the Department of Human Services (Violent/Sexual/Predatory charges and/or convictions will result in denial of background check)</li>\n <li>Preferred: Minimum 1 year working in treatment setting</li>\n</ul>\n<p>TURNPT</p>",
