This role is designed for someone who’s eager to learn, build confidence, and grow into a strong sales professional. You’ll work closely with our team to connect with customers, learn the sales process from start to finish, and develop skills that will set you up for long-term success. The Opportunity
Connect with potential and existing customers via phone and email — real conversations, real relationships Turn outreach into actual business — learn the full sales cycle from first hello to closed deal Re-engage past customers and help grow accounts you inherit from day one Keep the CRM clean and up-to-date in HubSpot — future you will thank present you Learn the product catalog inside and out so you can talk shop with confidence Occasionally travel to trade shows and customer visits as you grow into the role You'll Fit Right In If You: Take initiative without waiting to be asked — you see what needs doing and do it Take coaching well and genuinely want to improve every week Get fired up chasing goals — and love celebrating when the team hits them
