Discover all the possibilities of a career at Northside today.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Performs designated duties as a part of the Respiratory Care Department to include: inventory, stocking of respiratory supplies, and cleaning of equipment as needed.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</u></strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<li>Performs low-level disinfection on equipment.</li>\n<li>Assists in inventory of disposable supplies.</li>\n<li>Transports equipment, specimens, blood, etc., throughout the hospital.</li>\n<li>Maintains technical training in use of equipment pertinent to specific area.</li>\n<li>Practices proper safety techniques in accordance with hospital and departmental policies and procedures.  Immediately reports any mechanical or electrical equipment malfunctions, unsafe conditions, or employee/patient/visitor injury‑accident to Supervisor.</li>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong><u>REQUIRED</u></strong></p>\n<li>High school diploma, equivalent education (GED) or post-secondary education  </li>\n<li>Six (6) months of healthcare experience or student currently enrolled in an accredited respiratory therapy program </li>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>PREFERRED</u></strong></p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<li>Preferred Respiratory Therapy student. </li>\n<h2>Work Hours:</h2>7-3\n<h2>Weekend Requirements:</h2>No\n<h2>On-Call Requirements:</h2>No",
