Roles & responsibilities
As a team member in the Account Management Support, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, understanding client needs, identify opportunities for additional services, and ensure successful delivery. Your responsibilities will include:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders across designated accounts, sectors, and priority areas. • • Proactively drive adoption of strategic products across aligned accounts while delivering high-quality account management support; fostering strong stakeholder relationships through consistent engagement and value-driven outcomes. • Facilitate new‑team‑member onboarding, including welcome, orientation, and education on tools and processes. • Lead internal communication initiatives, including account newsletters, client newsletters, and internal updates. • Support account strategy development and execution, support revenue goals, and manage strategic relationships. • Ensure high-quality delivery and excellence at team level and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Responsibilities
• Action Marketing Leads and create and manage CST presentations. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Research, CRM, Sales Insights to ensure alignment on account / sector objectives and need. • Providing support for client onboarding processes, serving as a point of contact for engagement team inquiries related to contractual support. • Manage account‑level reporting, including pipeline hygiene, custom dashboards, revenue forecasting, FOP tracking, and engagement tracking within relevant systems – Dynamics 365. • Foster knowledge sharing through training sessions, peer coaching, and capability‑building initiatives. • Conduct self‑reviews of deliverables and assist senior team members in preparing SOPs, quality checklists, and process documentation.

• Qualifications: Graduation degree from a reputable university Work experience
• 2-3 years or business experience in a similar role for a large multinational. Having familiarity with Account Management proposition and solutions will be added advantage
