Key supervisors are responsible for properly opening and closing the store and overseeing retail staff in the absence of the store manager.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service experience</li>\r\n\t<li>Answer questions, suggest promotional items and provide product information</li>\r\n\t<li>Process payments by totaling purchases; processing checks, cash and store or other credit cards.</li>\r\n\t<li>Process customer refunds courteously and professionally.</li>\r\n\t<li>Process merchandise shipments</li>\r\n\t<li>Assist with store upkeep</li>\r\n\t<li>Properly opening and closing the store for business, including:\r\n\t<ul>\r\n\t\t<li>Cash register reconciliation</li>\r\n\t\t<li>Filing appropriate daily/nightly paperwork</li>\r\n\t\t<li>Disarming/Arming alarms as appropriate</li>\r\n\t\t<li>Securing cash and checks</li>\r\n\t</ul>\r\n\t</li>\r\n\t<li>Overseeing retail staff in the absence of the store manager</li>\r\n\t<li>Ensure proper customer service standards on the sales floor and guiding the retail employees</li>\r\n\t<li>Basic retail inventory management, processing incoming shipments, maintaining an organized salesfloor and supporting outgoing shipments</li>\r\n\t<li>Provide employee oversight and support a safe and proper work environment.</li>\r\n\t<li>Perform other duties as assigned</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n",
