This <strong>part-time</strong> opportunity offers <strong>$3,000 per shift</strong> with a <strong>predictable 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM schedule</strong>, working <strong>Wednesdays and Thursdays only</strong>, and <strong>no call</strong>, providing an excellent work–life balance in a high-quality outpatient setting. </p>\n<p>This role focuses on <strong>pediatric ENT cases</strong> within a streamlined, efficient surgical environment. The Anesthesiologist will deliver safe, high-quality anesthesia care while collaborating closely with CRNAs, surgeons, nursing staff, and facility leadership to ensure consistent, patient-centered outcomes. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>About the Facility</strong> </p>\n<p><strong>Trinity Surgery Center (Southern Eye Institute)</strong> is a well-established outpatient surgical facility in <strong>Greenville, South Carolina</strong>, known for efficient OR workflows, strong physician relationships, and a commitment to clinical excellence. Come join a team committed to provider growth and continuing innovation in anesthesia!   </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>CHARACTERISTIC JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIESMay include any and/or all of the following:</strong></p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>CLINICAL DUTIES</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure the availability of adequate anesthesia staffing to provide clinical, medical, and administrative leadership support throughout the organization.</li>\n <li>Administer anesthetic or sedation during medical procedures.</li>\n <li>Inform students and staff of types and methods of anesthesia administration, signs of complications, and emergency methods to counteract reactions.</li>\n <li>Provide medical care and consultation in many settings, prescribing medication and treatment.</li>\n <li>Provides clinical support and patient care to assist the anesthesia team as applicable.</li>\n <li>Maintain current policies and procedures set forth by LifeLinc and propose new and efficient policies when applicable.</li>\n <li>Perform clinical reviews and audits on all clinical services provided by other practitioners employed by LifeLinc as applicable.</li>\n <li>Responsible for training and oversight of all clinical staff and personnel as applicable.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>LANGUAGE SKILLS</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be able to read and write English.</li>\n <li>Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.</li>\n <li>Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.</li>\n <li>Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to supervisors, patients, patient's family and other employees of organization.</li>\n <li>Able to work in a team-oriented environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Education and experience equivalent to:</strong></p>\n<p>Must be a graduate of an accredited school of medicine in anesthesia with a current license in good standing to practice in the state in which you are located.   </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>ACLS/BLS/PALS Certification</li>\n <li>Comfortable practicing in a care team model </li>\n</ul>",
