Conducts analysis: Needs Analysis, Job/Task Analysis and Front-End Analysis. Develops design plans for paper, video, CBT, and WBT that includes developing learning objectives, determining functionality and navigation strategies, documenting minimum technical specifications (user and client), determining learning strategies and content flow, determining testing/evaluation requirements and interactivity, and planning the CMI functionality.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;Develops instructor and student guides, storyboards to include content and theme; defines all media elements (graphics, animations, video, audio); and explains programming requirements. Writes narration scripts and plans music/sound effects. Confers with SMEs.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;Assists with writing Technical Approach for proposals.</p></td></tr></tbody></table><p><br></p><p><strong>Skills and Requirements:</strong></p><ul id=\"isPasted\" style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left:-0.25in;\"><li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;'>B.S. or B.A. required; M.A./M.E. or in Adult Learning Theory, Human Performance Technology, Instructional Technology, or Education equivalent preferred</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;'>4+ years of training-related experience; must have extensive knowledge of the Instructional Systems Design model to analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate training programs</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;'>Thorough knowledge and demonstrated experience of the ISD process in the development of instructor-based training (IBT), computer-based training (CBT), web-based training (WBT), and blended learning solutions</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;'>Experience with web/multimedia development tools such as Flash and with graphic design/manipulation tools a plus</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;'>Knowledge/experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), Electronic Performance Support Systems (EPSS), SCORM, and Section 508 desired</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;'>Experience conducting all types of analyses, focus groups, and all levels of evaluation</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;'>Ability to develop instructionally sound learning solutions and testing materials with minimal supervision</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;'>Demonstrated ability to apply creative instructional themes and strategies to a variety of delivery media, including classroom and online</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;'>Experience working with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;'>Ability to work effectively (adaptably and flexibly) in a fast-paced corporate environment</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;'>Effective communication skills in the interaction with the client, training development team, and management</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;'>Ability to work with little to no supervision</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;'>Excellent writing skills</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;'>Excellent communication skills</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;'>Working on developing leadership and organizational skills</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;'>Working on gaining an understanding of various government contracts</span></li><li><span style='font-size:15px;line-height:115%;font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;'>Understands scope concerns</span></li></ul>\n    </div>\n  \n",
