The successful candidate will hold a Professional Engineer license and possess extensive experience overseeing large-scale, complex civil development projects, including hospitals, airports, residential communities, retail centers, and educational campuses.</p>\n<p>Our Civil Engineering team comprises a dynamic group of professionals committed to delivering landmark projects for both private and public sector clients. At Arcadis, we provide an environment that fosters professional advancement and personal growth.</p>\n<p>Join us and contribute to shaping the future of civil engineering!</p>\n<p><strong>Role accountabilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead, mentor, and develop a team of civil engineering professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.</li>\n <li>Oversee project delivery in accordance with company standards, client requirements, and regulatory compliance.</li>\n <li>Manage resource allocation, workload distribution, and performance management for department staff.</li>\n <li>Provide technical oversight and guidance on civil engineering projects, ensuring quality, safety, and technical excellence.</li>\n <li>Support business development activities, proposal preparation, and client relationship management.</li>\n <li>Ensure adherence to health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.</li>\n <li>Contribute to departmental strategy, budgeting, and operational planning.</li>\n <li>Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and project outcomes.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (BSCE) from an accredited institution.</li>\n <li>Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.).</li>\n <li>Minimum of 10 years of relevant civil engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, relevant codes, and regulations.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication, organizational, and people management skills.</li>\n <li>Commitment to health and safety</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Skills</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera), and civil engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation).</li>\n <li>Proven track record in client engagement and successful project delivery.</li>\n <li>Commitment to Arcadis values, including safety, sustainability, and ethical leadership.</li>\n <li>Commitment to standardization and efficiency. &nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\">Why Arcadis?</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\">We can only achieve our goals when everyone is empowered to be their best.
