    "requisitionDescription": "<p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>The Entertainment Community Fund (formerly The Actors Fund)</strong>, a nationwide human services organization that helps all professionals in performing arts and entertainment, seeks a <strong>Project Manager</strong> to implement and coordinate the &ldquo;Broadway Flu Shot Program&rdquo;, which provides flu shots to Broadway theaters, select-off Broadway theaters, and related companies.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><p>The Project Manager for the Broadway Flu Shot Program will oversee daily operations of the program, including developing and maintaining a database of all Broadway theaters, select off-Broadway theaters and related companies; including stage and company managers, as well as company office staff. The Project Manager will work with providers and practice management from the Friedman Health Center for the Performing Arts to coordinate and schedule flu shot events with stage managers; market the program to company cast and crew and troubleshoot any problems that arise in the process. The Project Manager will accompany the provider to each flu shot event (generally 60-70 during the season); promote the Friedman Health Center for the Performing Arts and the services of the Entertainment Community Fund; assist the provider with set up/break down; manage patient registration and volume; and distribute forms and promotional materials. The Project Manager will be responsible for compiling data and financials required for monthly reporting, and for creating a final report for management and the grantor. In addition, the Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating 4 free flu shot days for the entertainment community at the Friedman Health Center in collaboration with Karpas Health, a public health program of Mount Sinai.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS&nbsp;</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Demonstrable proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Calendly&nbsp;</li><li>Attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness</li><li>Ability to schedule and coordinate numerous events between medical providers and stage management&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to obtain and compile necessary contact information</li><li>Experience in stage management is strongly preferred; or a minimum of 4 years in event planning or project management</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS&nbsp;</strong></p><p>This is a position that requires flexible hours.
