To Design and deliver engaging soft skills and personality development training programs that enhance students’ communication, interpersonal and professional competencies – preparing them for placements.</span></p><p><span>2.&nbsp;Facilitate campus-to-corporate transition programs for final year students.&nbsp;</span><br><span>3.&nbsp;Use innovate teaching techniques such as role plays, case studies, group discussions and real-life simulations.&nbsp;</span><br><span>4.&nbsp;Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.</span><br><span>5.&nbsp;Design customized training modules aligned with college requirements and placement goals.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span>6. Develop session plans, training materials, PowerPoint presentations and assessment tools.</span></p><p><span>7. Keep training content updated with current industry trends and employer expectations.</span></p><p><span>8. Coordinate with placement officers, academic heads, and faculty to schedule and organize sessions.</span></p><p><span>9. Maintain attendance, feedback forms and progress reports.</span></p><p><span>10. Prepare and submit post-training reports and student performance analysis.</span></p><p><span>11. Mentor students on communication, professional etiquette and self-confidence.</span></p><p><span>12. Conduct one-on-one sessions for interview preparation and resume building.</span></p><p><span>13. Motivate students to adopt a positive attitude, teamwork, and time management practices</span>.&nbsp;</p>",
