Our nationally recognized team of ophthalmologists provides a wide range of services, including MSP-covered exams and surgeries, as well as private lens surgery and LASIK.</p>\n<p>We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic clinic and surgical centre.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Duties:</span></span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Greeting patients in person, over the phone, and via email in a professional and supportive manner</li>\n<li>Billing, invoicing, and processing payments</li>\n<li>Booking and coordinating patient appointments</li>\n<li>Supporting physicians and providing patient care assistance</li>\n<li>Tracking lab results and coordinating follow-ups</li>\n<li>Providing patients with instructions for diagnostic testing</li>\n<li>Using the <span>Accuro EMR</span> system</li>\n<li>Working collaboratively with physicians and team members</li>\n<li>Supporting clinic systems, workflows, and process improvements</li>\n<li>Assisting physicians with daily clinical needs</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Ophthalmic Assistant Experience (asset, training provided if needed):</span></span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Visual fields</li>\n<li>OCT imaging</li>\n<li>Auto-refractions</li>\n<li>Non-contact tonometry</li>\n<li>Patient workups</li>\n<li>Cataract measurements</li>\n</ul>\n<p>If you do not have direct experience, a strong work ethic and ability to learn quickly on the job are essential.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compensation:</span> $19–$23 per hour<br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Location:</span> Must be willing to work between Abbotsford and Chilliwack, with training provided in both locations.</p>",
