We foster a culture of belonging, where every voice is heard, and every team member is empowered to make a difference.</span></p>\n<p><span><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Drive continuous process improvement in the manufacturing of advanced pyrotechnic and energetic materials for aerospace and defense systems.</li>\n <li>Lead all quality activities within assigned work cells, collaborating with design engineering, manufacturing, planning, and cross-functional teams to ensure product excellence.</li>\n <li>Investigate internal and external quality concerns, spearhead root cause analysis, and implement robust corrective actions.</li>\n <li>Review and inspect documentation for completeness and accuracy, supporting compliance with stringent industry and customer standards.</li>\n <li>Partner with Supplier Development Engineering to resolve vendor hardware discrepancies and elevate supplier performance.</li>\n <li>Analyze work instructions and procedures, identifying opportunities for error-proofing and process optimization.</li>\n <li>Innovate new process controls and champion their sustainment post-implementation.</li>\n <li>Represent PacSci EMC in customer interactions, presenting lot data packages and First Article Inspections (FAIs) as needed.</li>\n <li>Thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on assembly environment, spending most of your time on the production floor.</li>\n <li>Support internal, customer, and registrar audits, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and compliance.</li>\n <li>Participate in daily management meetings and collaborate with program support teams to drive operational excellence.</li>\n <li>Perform other related duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>What You Bring</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, with 3-5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.</li>\n <li>Proficiency in Word, Excel, and statistical software; strong data analysis and reporting skills.</li>\n <li>Experience in electronics, ordnance, or energetic materials (powders/propellants) is highly desirable.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated competency with APQP tools (D/PFMEA, Control Plans, PPAP).</li>\n <li>Strong oral and written communication skills.</li>\n <li>Auditing experience (internal, customer, or registrar audits).</li>\n <li>Lean manufacturing expertise; Six Sigma or ASQ certification is a strong plus.</li>\n <li>Willingness and ability to travel domestically up to 75% during the first 90 days.</li>\n <li>High energy, adaptability, and a passion for hands-on problem solving.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>Why PacSci EMC?</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive benefits: PTO, 401K, health insurance (medical, dental, optical), tuition reimbursement, parental leave (mothers, fathers, adoptive parents).</li>\n <li>Quarterly bonus payments based on performance and behavior metrics.</li>\n <li>Flexibility, stability, and opportunities for vertical or lateral career growth.</li>\n <li>Promote-from-within culture and a supportive community where you can be yourself and achieve more together.</li>\n <li>Work on cutting-edge products that make a real difference in aerospace and defense safety.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>Additional Requirements</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Due to our involvement in highly sensitive national security matters, only U.S. citizens are eligible for this role.</li>\n <li>Conditional offers require passing a United States Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) background screen.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><span>PacSci EMC is an <strong>equal opportunity employer</strong>.
