Will be floating between both clinics weekly. 3x at one clinic and 2x at the other clinic. This may change based on clinic need.</strong></p>Plainfield South2302 Illinois Route 59Plainfield, Illinois 60589United States\n<p> </p>Aurora MOB1315 N Highland AveSuite 104-105Aurora, Illinois 60506United States \n<p><strong>What You Will Get</strong> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>In addition to the standard benefit offering, you can expect to receive: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive compensation with ability to earn performance-based incentives</li>\n <li>Professional development through strategic internal platforms</li>\n <li>Opportunity for career progression with a nationwide physical therapy practice</li>\n <li>Paid Time Off (PTO) and either Sick Leave or Extended Illness Bank (EIB) accrual (dependent on state laws)</li>\n <li>Reimbursement for endurance race entry fees </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications & Pay Range</h2>\n<p><strong>Your Responsibilities as a Patient Service Coordinator</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Reconcile patient payments and units billed while following HIPAA guidelines</li>\n <li>Follow appropriate processes for Insurance Verification and/or benefits management</li>\n <li>Obtain authorization and/or prior authorization</li>\n <li>Over the counter collections and reconciliation of all charges weekly and monthly</li>\n <li>Maintain relationships with patients, providers, clinicians, and internal operational departments</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>At minimum, a High School or GED diploma (Submission of diploma for the highest level of education obtained will be required).</li>\n <li>1-2 years of customer service experience (experience with healthcare preferred).</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Schedule</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Full Time: availability within 7am-7pm M-F</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Compensation</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><u>Pay Range</u>: $19-21/hr (<em>Any posted pay range considers multiple compensations factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position</em>)</p>\n<h2>Company Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>A Mission That Moves Us</strong><strong>  </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>At PT Solutions, we are a team united by a shared purpose: expanding access to transformative care.
