Ability to comply with IAC standards. Demonstrates a full knowledge of cardiac ultrasound practice and the usage of digital ultrasound equipment. Completes daily scheduled tests in appropriate time frame and to population specific group</li>\n <li>Ability to prepare the patient and explain the procedure. Ability to navigate through an electronic medical record. Ability to comply with Joint Commission standards and regulatory readiness.</li>\n <li>Ability to coordinate and prioritize work assignments on a daily basis. Ability to corroborate patient’s clinical history with procedure assuring appropriateness for the test requested. Ability to provide Cardiologists with the appropriate information necessary for interpretation.</li>\n <li>Ability to participate and comply with on-call rotation as required.</li>\n <li>Ability to communicate to manager and/or Cardiologists problems associated with patient, procedure. Adheres to department policy on reporting and documentation of critical values.</li>\n <li>Maintains equipment in a clean and functional manner on a daily basis. Ability to process TEE probe.</li>\n <li>Demonstrates active Adult Echocardiography registry with the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonographers or Cardiovascular Credentialing International. Ability to maintain 5 CME credits annually for IAC standards.</li>\n <li>Complies with all aspects of regulatory readiness.</li>\n <li>Performs other duties within the cardiac services department as needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Experience Required</h2>\n<p>0-2 years experience</p>\n<h2>Education Requirements</h2>\n<p>High School/GED required, preferred Associates or Bachelors in Cardiac Sonography</p>\n<h2>License/Certification Requirements</h2>\n<p>RDCS or RCS required </p>\n<p>Registry obtained within 1 year of hire</p>\n<h2>Special Requirements</h2>\n<p>Full time days</p>\n<p>Monday through Friday, rotating holidays</p>\n<p>on call rotation-weeknights and weekends</p>\n<h2>Salary Min ($)</h2>USD $28.09\n<h2>Salary Max ($)</h2>USD $48.00",
