We have a brief exercise for you to help us ascertain your aptitude and skill level.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-weight: bold;\">What you will do:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Managing the entire software development life cycle from concept design through to implementation and application maintenance.</li>\n<li>Develop, test, deploy and optimize new products and/or features that ensure well-designed, robust, scalable, testable functionalities by using C# and .NET frameworks.</li>\n<li>Maintain and improve application security, availability, and performance of existing systems and solutions.</li>\n<li>Design and update operations for relational and columnar databases in applications.</li>\n<li>Working with team members to improve software development skills by using suitable and applicable code review and software coding methodologies.</li>\n<li>Coordinate with the product management, and testing teams periodically on new releases, patches, and fixes.</li>\n<li>Implement new tools, technologies, process/practices to improve existing products and solutions.</li>\n<li>Working with complex frameworks to make complete refactoring or rewriting.</li>\n<li>Participate in team discussions and play active role with the design decisions.<span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\"></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-weight: bold;\">What you need to be successful:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-weight: bold;\">Must-have</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Electronics or Telecommunications SME without the relevant degree will also be considered</li>\n<li>Minimum of 7 years of experience in object-oriented analysis and design skills</li>\n<li>Expert level skills in .NET Framework, .NET Core and C# development.</li>\n<li>Through understanding of database transactions and concurrent programming</li>\n<li>Experience with ORM frameworks.</li>\n<li>Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies.</li>\n<li>High-level understanding for the company domain operations and mentoring junior and mid-level developers on any kind of domain, design and implementation related issues.</li>\n<li>Awareness of latest trends, tools and principles and being able to use them wherever applicable.</li>\n<li>Understanding and proper documentation skills about development standards, infrastructure of the systems/frameworks that are built by themselves.</li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written skills in English</li>\n<li>Ability to reside and work in Turkey, without requiring work permit sponsorship.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-weight: bold;\">Good to have</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hands-on experience in relational database performance management.</li>\n<li>Expertise on Oracle, PostgreSQL, and Clickhouse databases.</li>\n<li>Hands-on experience of CI/CD operations.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">If you are enthusiastic and self-motivated, a team player, customer focused and bring a “do what it takes” attitude to work every day, we want to hear from you.</span></p>",
