We are curious problem-solvers who enjoy figuring things out, learning quickly, and building practical solutions that create measurable value for clients.<br><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">The Role</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">We are looking for a commercially minded and highly curious Analyst to join our growing team.</span><br><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">This role sits at the intersection of client engagement, business problem solving, and AI-enabled delivery. You will work directly with clients to understand their problems, then use modern data and AI tooling to build and deliver the solutions yourself, from first conversation through to a working product in the client's hands.</span><br><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">A technical background is not a prerequisite. We provide the stack, the tooling, and the delivery patterns. What we are hiring for is a particular way of thinking: the ability to decompose ambiguous business problems from first principles, to move fluently between commercial language and solution design, and an instinct to build rather than only specify.</span><br><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">This is not a traditional analyst or product role. font-weight: bold\">Requirements</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Essential:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">3–5 years of experience in a field where you have had to decompose business problems and deliver outcomes e.g. strategic consulting, finance, business analysis or engineering</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong business and commercial acumen</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and executives</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong first-principles problem-solving, able to decompose ambiguous business problems from scratch</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Highly self-motivated with a proactive mindset</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and unstructured environment</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Builder's instinct: you reach for tools and prototype your way to an answer rather than waiting for a spec, and you are eager to do this in an AI-forward environment</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
