Tria builds embedded compute, system and HMI solutions that meet the demand for innovation and quality, with reduced time to market, utilizing Tria’s platform technologies, design and manufacturing capabilities, and a world-class team of experts.</span></p><p></p></div></div></div></div><p>Principal Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Documentation, Asset Management and Calibration<ul><li>Review of technical documentation for efficiency improvements</li><li>Conversion of customer instructions to internal instructions where necessary</li><li>Updating Q-Pulse with new and changing assets</li><li>Follow-up Q-Pulse calibration maintenance schedule of assigned equipment</li><li>Coordinate with supervisors and management the downtimes</li><li>Take care of the dismantling and installation of assigned equipment</li><li>Take care of the maintenance parts logistics between suppliers and/or subcontractors</li></ul></li></ul><p></p><ul><li>Machine Programming, Monitoring and Support<ul><li>Routine selective solder machine, programming, process monitoring by inspection, electrical/electronic or thermal checks of all the related processes.</li><li>Routine CNC machine programming and process monitoring By inspection or otherwise of machines as CNC machines.</li><li>A routine check of chemical or metallurgical reports, such as sampling and recording the solder, washing process, etc.</li><li>Routinely checking and reporting of the temperature-critical machine conditions. The machines are reflows, wave soldering, selective, mini-waves, soldering stations, hot air stations, ovens, climate chambers, etc.</li><li>Keep track of process-dependent consumable parts mentioned above</li><li>Generate purchase approval requests for process-dependent consumable parts</li></ul></li><li>Other process-related duties shall be included if required</li><li>All process monitoring must be processed and recorded in Q-Pulse</li><li>Projects are monitored and recorded in JIRA</li></ul><p></p><h2>Job Level Specifications:</h2><ul><li><p><span>Acquires basic skills through work experience or formal training to perform routine tasks.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Tasks can be routine, repetitive and manual in nature with minimal complexity or variation and specific to the job.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Other technical tasks can be complex and one-offs. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Work is performed under minimal supervision with detailed instructions. Priorities are provided for performing work.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Interacts mostly with immediate peers within the assigned team.
