    "description": "<h2>Position Title</h2>Phlebotomist, Lab Outreach\n<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<p><b>Purpose & Scope:</b></p>\n<p>The Phlebotomist-VHCMG performs phlebotomy and general lab-related duties within the medical practice setting. The position also includes administrative and practice support tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience with point-of-care (POC) testing, excellent communication skills. While staff is assigned a home site, they may be requested provide coverage at other office sites if needed.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p><b>Education:</b></p>\n<p>High school diploma or equivalent is required.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p><b>Experience:</b></p>\n<p>One year of healthcare/ medical - phlebotomy experience is required.</p>\n<p>Completion of a certified phlebotomy training program is preferred.</p>\n<p>One year of hospital experience is preferred.</p>\n<p>Computer experience is preferred.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p><b>Certification/Licensure:</b></p>\n<p>Phlebotomy certification (CPT or equivalent) is preferred.</p>",
