      "content": "\n<li data-section-id=\"1r8ab4p\" data-start=\"1281\" data-end=\"1380\">3–8 years of professional interior design experience, preferably within hospitality and/or gaming</li>\n<li data-section-id=\"qullha\" data-start=\"1381\" data-end=\"1438\">Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field</li>\n<li data-section-id=\"lzqeo9\" data-start=\"1439\" data-end=\"1557\">Strong portfolio demonstrating hospitality design, visualization, space planning, and technical documentation skills</li>\n<li data-section-id=\"ssrijs\" data-start=\"1558\" data-end=\"1673\">Experience contributing to projects across multiple phases, including construction documentation and coordination</li>\n<li data-section-id=\"16kfd08\" data-start=\"1674\" data-end=\"1758\">Proficiency in Revit/BIM 360, Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office</li>\n<li data-section-id=\"25rrls\" data-start=\"1759\" data-end=\"1852\">Working knowledge of visualization and modeling tools such as Enscape, Lumion, and/or Rhino</li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1af8j9u\" data-start=\"1853\" data-end=\"1951\">Understanding of FF&amp;E coordination, interior materials, detailing, and applicable building codes</li>\n<li data-section-id=\"c5t3nc\" data-start=\"1952\" data-end=\"2078\">Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams</li>\n"
