You'll be part of the Operations Hub - the team responsible for the core business logic powering OfficeRnD's Flex product. This is a backend-heavy role where you'll design and build the systems that thousands of flexible workspace operators depend on every day. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Front-end work exists but is not the focus. What matters here is deep backend thinking, clean API design, and the ability to operate confidently in a complex, business-logic-rich environment while contributing to reliable software delivered in fast iterations.
