    "jobDescription": "<p style=\"text-align:left\"><b>Position Title:</b></p>Quarterly Lecturer - Management &amp; Entrepreneurship (POOL) 2025-26AY<p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p><p style=\"text-align:left\"><b>Position Type:</b></p>Temporary<p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p><p style=\"text-align:left\"><b>Salary Range:</b></p><p><span>Starting at </span><span>$9,933</span> <span>per 4-unit course. </span></p><p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p><p style=\"text-align:left\"><b>Purpose:</b></p><p><span>The Management Department at the Leavey School of Business, Santa Clara University, is seeking to identify individuals interested in teaching management courses for the 2025-26 academic year. We have both undergraduate and graduate programs. Courses vary from introductory to advanced. We teach daytime, weekend, and evening classes.</span></p><p></p><p><b><span>Basic Qualifications:</span></b></p><p><span>M.B.A or Ph. D preferred</span></p><p></p><p><b><span>Responsibilities:</span></b></p><p><span>Planning and teaching courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels.</span></p><p></p><p><span>Fulfilling all responsibilities associated with assigned courses, including</span></p><p></p><p><span>1. Preparing for and conducting all assigned class meetings, including lab sessions;</span></p><p><span>2. Assigning and evaluating student work appropriately;</span></p><p><span>3. Providing weekly on-campus office hours for consultation outside of class;</span></p><p><span>4. Conducting and submitting course assessments as required by the department;</span></p><p><span>5. Assigning student grades appropriately and submitting to the Office of Student Records by the designated deadline; and</span></p><p><span>6.
