They supervise project managers and site teams, ensure consistency in practices, control risks, costs, and schedules, and act as the escalation point for major issues. They must also be adept at prioritizing tasks. The successful candidate must be able to execute multiple mandates independently, manage priorities effectively, and intervene rigorously in resolving daily challenges. </span></li>\n<li><span>A minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar position with project management or on a construction site; </span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to manage 2-3 projects simultaneously; </span><br></li>\n<li><span>Advanced financial analysis skills; </span></li>\n<li><span>Strong adaptability and change management skills; </span></li>\n<li><span>Communication and organizational skills; </span></li>\n<li><span>Required technical skills associated with the job; </span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to work in a team and under pressure (speed of execution); </span></li>\n<li><span>Relationship management, leadership, negotiation skills, and conflict resolution skills are essential;
