    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>We are looking for an experienced Program Management Analyst with demonstrated experience supporting DoD requirements to join our growing team in Quantico, VA.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform a variety of project administration support services involving data review, reporting, project coordination, budget review, and other related duties in support of the Project/Program Manager.</li>\n <li>Provide support to the Project/Program Manager in planning, managing, and monitoring projects through its lifecycle.</li>\n <li>Work on overall project planning through reporting on project schedules and deliverables.</li>\n <li>Briefs management on the status of action items and metrics to track contract performance.</li>\n <li>Coordinates projects; develops a system for data collection, reporting criteria, and records; research and compiles statistics and data for projects; and may assist in writing narratives for reports.</li>\n <li>Monitors the project’s timeline; tracks document submissions; and creates, monitors, and maintains audit files. Identifies, communicates, and resolves risks.</li>\n <li>Identifies and resolves issues to eliminate or mitigate the occurrence of consequences that may affect the success of the project.</li>\n <li>For program compliance, designs and implements procedures to fulfill project objectives and criteria; may prepare memorandums; works with agencies to resolve concerns and issues.</li>\n <li>Prepares monthly variance reports with associated footnotes.</li>\n <li>Evaluates and monitors the performance and efficiency of programs to ensure that program implementation is on target.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree (or Associate’s degree with 7 years of experience supporting program management activities)</li>\n <li>5 years of relevant program management experience.</li>\n <li>Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility is a must.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication and organizational skills.</li>\n <li>Possess an analytical mindset with effective problem-solving skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Pay Transparency Statement</h2>AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is USD $125,000.00/Yr. - USD $140,000/Yr. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
