    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 6pt;\">The Program Operations &amp; Event Production Lead, working under limited supervision, is responsible for the planning and execution of enterprise communications programs and leadership touchpoints. This role manages timelines, dependencies, production details and cross-functional coordination for events such as Connects, AMAs and HR Now.
