    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><p>We are looking to hire a skilled Framing Foreman - Lead Carpenter to provide guidance and supervision to the project team involved in construction projects. The Framing Foreman - Lead Carpenter&#39;s responsibilities include assigning and explaining tasks to the project team, responding to clients&rsquo; requests for emergency repairs, and regularly inspecting work done by the project team to ensure that it conforms to certain specifications. You should also be able to help the production manager solve project-related problems.</p><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">To be successful as a Framing Foreman - Lead Carpenter, you should provide regular progress updates to the production manager. Ultimately, an exceptional Lead Carpenter should be able to attend various carpentry seminars to keep abreast of new products and installation methods.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><strong>Framing Foreman - Lead Carpenter Responsibilities:</strong></span></p><ul><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Assigning and explaining tasks to the project team.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Communicating with clients in order to determine the time frames within which projects should be completed.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Calculating the amount of labor, time, and materials needed for each project.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Creating and adjusting project schedules accordingly.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Ordering all construction materials needed for projects.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Supervising the company&#39;s field carpenters, unskilled and semi-skilled workers, and subcontractors.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Performing all carpentry duties required, including both rough and finish carpentry.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Maintaining accurate records of all work done by the project team.</span></li></ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><strong>Framing Foreman - Lead Carpenter Requirements:</strong></span></p><ul><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">High school diploma or GED.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Valid driver&#39;s license.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Proven experience in residential remodeling or construction.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Sound knowledge of safety standards and procedures.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">The ability to safely operate power tools.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">The ability to read blueprints.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Excellent time management skills.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Effective communication skills.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Strong leadership skills.</span></li></ul></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
