Working closely with business stakeholders, this role is responsible for capturing current and future state process flows, identifying pain points, and contributing to the development of standardized operating procedures. This role offers hands-on experience within an active HR transformation program, providing exposure to stakeholders across HR Operations, Centres of Excellence (COEs), and Trade Operation Teams.
