Provide complete customers satisfaction. &nbsp;Previous expertise in voice and data cabling and the ability to use electronic cable testing equipment and the ability to step in and provide hands-on assistance to technicians when necessary will be required. &nbsp;As the link between the corporate team and field personnel, excellent verbal and written communication skills will be mandatory. &nbsp;</p></td></tr><tr><td style=\"width: 100%;\"><p><strong>Duties &amp; Responsibilities</strong></p></td></tr><tr><td valign=\"top\" style=\"width: 100%;\"><ul><li>Knowledge of telecommunications industry services, solutions and trends.&nbsp;</li><li>Purchases equipment and materials as needed and approves invoices for telecommunications systems projects and services. &nbsp;</li><li>Strong experience in inventory management. &nbsp;</li><li>Able to read and interrupt blueprints, engineering specifications for telecommunications voice and data requirements.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to use a high degree of independent judgment to make sound decisions to keep the project on track. &nbsp;</li><li>Understanding of technical documents, architectural plans, floor plans, site survey reports, test plans, schedules, procedures and acceptance test reports, equipment performance, operational test and feedback to the proper individuals/departments. &nbsp;</li><li>Configuration management to evaluate proposed changes/upgrades to the infrastructure (hardware/software). &nbsp;</li><li>Experience in managing, supervising, and assigning multiple crew of cable of pullers, installers, and testers. &nbsp;</li><li>Manage troubleshooting and resolution of voice/data communication installations, upgrades and problems across the enterprise. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</li><li>Manage training and certification of employees. &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Detailed and safety oriented. &nbsp;</li><li>Knowledge of O&amp;M for Cisco VoIP, network systems, and outside and inside plant construction and maintenance&nbsp;</li><li>Experience in managing, supervising, and assigning multiple crew of cable of pullers, installers, and testers. &nbsp;</li><li>Manage troubleshooting and resolution of voice/data communication installations, upgrades and problems across the enterprise. &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Manage training and certification of employees. &nbsp;</li><li>Must be detail and safety oriented. &nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><em>This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by this employee.
