Together, we are EXP.</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&nbsp;</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Are you ready to design your future?</strong></p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Be our next&nbsp;Inspector!</strong></p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&nbsp;</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Your work environment at EXP</strong></p>\n<p>EXP is currently searching for an<strong>&nbsp;Inspector&nbsp;</strong>for our<strong>&nbsp;Tampa, FL office&nbsp;</strong>to work on Florida Department of Transportation projects.</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&nbsp;</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>What a day at EXP has in store for you</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Document all activities on site during duration of the contract and prepare inspection reports.</li>\n <li>Oversee, document, review, and assess contractor’s compliance with contractual requirements.</li>\n <li>Review construction documents and drawings in order to minimize issues and to reduce the potential for extra work orders during construction.</li>\n <li>Take accurate and detailed measurements of all work performed by the contractor to ensure accurate payments.</li>\n <li>Assist the Project Administrator with the review of contract submissions (critical path schedules, RFI’s etc)</li>\n <li>Assist the project Administrator with staff scheduling/coordination.</li>\n <li>Attend progress meeting and provide feedback on ongoing construction and issues.</li>\n <li>Supervision of Junior inspector.</li>\n <li>Inspection and testing of soils, concrete, steel and masonry materials for road and bridge projects. Experience with FDOT construction and specifications desired.</li>\n <li>Reading and interpreting drawings and specifications.</li>\n <li>Observing general job safety practices.</li>\n <li>Monitoring and inspecting the Work Zone Traffic Control in accordance with contract documents.</li>\n <li>The ability to work as a team a plus.</li>\n <li>Possibility of weekend and evening work as dictated by contract.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>&nbsp;What your experience looks like</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience as a Inspector on Florida Department of Transportation projects in the Tampa, FL area.</li>\n <li>High School diploma or equivalent plus (1+) years of experience in construction inspection, two years of which shall have been in bridge/or roadway construction inspection.</li>\n <li>Valid driver’s license</li>\n <li>CTQP Concrete Field Inspector level I&nbsp;</li>\n <li>CTQP Asphalt Roadway Inspector level I&nbsp;</li>\n <li>CTQP Earthwork Inspector Level I &amp; II.</li>\n <li>CTQP Final Estimates Level 1</li>\n <li>Advanced Maintenance of Traffic</li>\n <li>In addition to the position skills and experience requirements (Teamwork, leadership, Communication) are essential in order to deliver an A plus product to are client.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>#LI-JH1</p>",
