If you're passionate about making a difference in this critical field, we invite you to explore a career with Carollo.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Plans, schedules, and conducts engineering work on projects of various sizes</li>\n <li>Performing engineering work in process design of water and wastewater treatment facilities, including engineering services and construction management</li>\n <li>Responsible for budget, schedule, contractual obligations and quality standards</li>\n <li>Works on engineering designs, prepare reports, develop plans, prepare specifications, and prepares cost estimates for various water projects</li>\n <li>Prepares technical memoranda, reports and electronic deliverables; data entry and analysis, and working through the construction phase on the projects</li>\n <li>Supervise or coordinate the work of staff engineers, drafters, technicians, and others who assist in specific assignments</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering</li>\n <li>10+ years of water/wastewater project experience</li>\n <li>Experience includes water treatment facilities, water transmission/distribution projects, water storage, groundwater wells, and master planning</li>\n <li>Registration as a Professional Engineer in Texas</li>\n <li>Application of engineering principles including critical thinking, analysis, and innovative techniques</li>\n <li>Must have demonstrated experience in the design and construction phase of small, medium, and large sized water and/or wastewater infrastructure projects with full responsibility for budget, schedule, contractual obligations and quality standards</li>\n <li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li>\n <li>Ability to communicate effectively with clients and manage project teams</li>\n <li>Work well in a team environment</li>\n <li>Ability to deliver high quality services within budget and schedule constraints</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Preferred Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Master’s degree in environmental engineering</li>\n <li>Design and construction phase experience</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Compensation Range</h2>\n<p>An employee’s pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.</p>\n<h2>Other Compensation and Benefits</h2>\n<p>Carollo is committed to providing employees with a competitive, comprehensive benefits program that provides the support employees and their families need to lead healthy, productive lives.
