This position plays a critical role in supporting Goodwill Southeast Georgia&rsquo;s mission by maximizing revenue from donated goods through digital platforms. The eCommerce Technician collaborates with leadership teams, maintains a clean and organized work environment, and fosters a positive and professional atmosphere.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><p><strong>1. &nbsp;Mission Alignment: Exemplifies Goodwill Southeast Georgia&rsquo;s mission, vision, and values in all aspects of work, ensuring a positive impact on the community and organization.</strong></p><p><strong>2. Product Evaluation: Sorts, evaluates, and identifies high-value items suitable for online sale, ensuring safe packing of product for transport.</strong></p><p><strong>3. &nbsp;Inventory Management: Monitors, organizes, and tracks eCommerce inventory, ensuring accurate records.</strong></p><p><strong>4. Team Communication: Collaborates with store leadership and the eCommerce leadership team, attending training sessions, monthly meetings, and contributing to operational improvements.</strong></p><p><strong>5. Safety and Organization: Maintains a clean, organized, and safe workspace, adhering to company policies and safety guidelines.</strong></p><p><strong>6. Positive Work Environment: Fosters a positive and collaborative work atmosphere by communicating respectfully and effectively with coworkers, leadership, and customers.</strong></p><p><strong>7. Performance Metrics: Tracks and analyzes key performance indicators (KPIs) for online sales, contributing to strategies that drive growth and profitability.</strong></p><p><strong>8.
