    "description_html": "<p><strong>&nbsp;Pay Range: $12.00-$17.00</strong></p><p><br></p><p>&nbsp;<strong>JOB SUMMARY: </strong>A dairy/frozen clerk is responsible for maintaining customer service as per company standard, quality of product, generating sales, housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, and loss prevention in adherence to all company policy/store standards.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</strong></p><p>1. Ensure that each customer receives outstanding customer service by providing a customer friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge, and all other components of customer service.&nbsp;</p><p>2. Ensure sales floor product is of highest quality and freshness.&nbsp;</p><p>3. Maintain an awareness of all product knowledge information, merchandising promotions, test merchandise, and advertisements.&nbsp;</p><p>4. Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and store housekeeping.&nbsp;</p><p>5. Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise; participate in receiving and monitoring floor stock; ensures re-wraps are done promptly.&nbsp;</p><p>6. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and practices including signing, pricing, and loss prevention policies</p><p>7. Any other duties assigned by supervisor</p><p><br></p><p><strong>ADDITIONAL</strong> <strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong>:</p><p>1. Perform other duties and projects as required by management</p><p><br></p><p><strong>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>1. Ability to communicate with associates and customers.&nbsp;</p><p>2. Ability to read, count, and write to accurately complete all documentation.</p><p>3. Ability to freely access all areas of the store including sales floor, stock area, and register area.</p><p>4. Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run department.</p><p>5. Ability to climb ladders.</p><p>6. Ability to move or transfer merchandise throughout the store generally weighing 0-50 pounds.</p><p>7. Ability to lift 40 pounds above your head.</p><p>8. Ability to bend and stoop; ability to stand for prolonged periods of time (up to 8 hours).</p><p>9. Ability to operate box knife.</p><p>10.
