This is a unique opportunity to shape a \n<strong>rapidly growing service</strong> line in the newly launched\n<strong> Mary Bridge Heart Center </strong>and brand-new children's hospital that opened in May 2026\n<strong>.</strong>\n<p> </p>\n<strong>State-of-the-Art Workplace</strong>\n<ul>\n <li>New hospital opened in May 2026: Home of the new <strong>Mary Bridge Heart Center</strong> and a growing multidisciplinary cardiac program.</li>\n <li><strong>Expanded 22 bed PICU/CICU</strong></li>\n <li>Full pediatric subspecialty support and advanced ICU modalities</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Exciting new opportunity with ability to lead</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Be on the ground floor of developing this newly revamped program</li>\n <li>Partner with exceptional cardiac surgery, cardiology, and ICU teams to build a thriving pediatric cardiac service.</li>\n</ul>\n<strong>Work-Life Balance–Focused</strong>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Approximately 12 clinical shifts per month</strong></li>\n <li>Supported environment with collaborative teams and robust staffing models</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Must have experience caring for pediatric patients within CICU or have had experience with those in need of intensive cardiac care. Must be board certified/board-eligible and fellowship trained in Pediatric Critical Care. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Benefits and Compensation</h2>\n<p><strong>Pay Range (Base Pay)</strong>: $### - $###  </p>\n<p><strong>Other Types of Pay</strong>: Physician bonus incentive, relocation, and sign-on bonus.</p>\n<p>Regular full-time is classified as team members who are consistently scheduled and work 30 hours or more on a weekly basis. Team members who meet the plan’s minimum age requirement can enroll in the plan at any time, and contributions will begin as soon as administratively possible.  </p>\n<p>Team Members are eligible to begin participating in the ESPP if they have been employed by Pediatrix for two consecutive months prior to the start of each calendar quarterly offering period and are scheduled to work a minimum of 20 hours per week for five consecutive months during the year.  </p>\n<p><strong>Paid Sick Leave</strong>:  </p>\n<p>Eligible full-time team members will receive a lump-sum grant of 70 hours or eight days, whichever is more beneficial to the team member, of paid sick leave each year on January 1. A newly hired full-time team member will receive a prorated lump-sum grant after working for 90 days. A lumpsum grant will then be provided on January 1 in each subsequent year as long as the team member remains eligible.
