Warehouse Associate

T1 Energy is bringing solar manufacturing back to the U.S. by building a domestic solar supply chain. Our mission is to invigorate America with scalable, reliable, and low-cost energy. Our fully operational 5GW solar module facility in Wilmer, Texas, can manufacture more than 20,000 modules every 24 hours. By the time you finish reading this paragraph, we will have produced two solar panels that will power American homes and fuel domestic AI. We're focused on building advanced American manufacturing and we're passionate about engineering a better future filled with abundant energy. The Role T1 Energy is looking to hire an Inventory Clerk. What You’ll Do Processing, packing and shipping orders accurately Inspecting items for defects and reporting as required Restocking and maintaining an inventory of orders as needed Keeping inventory system data accurate Preparing items for shipping Following all warehouse procedures and safety measures Perform other duties as assigned Who You Are · Ability to adhere to employer and government safety regulations · Excellent working knowledge of warehouse data systems · Inventory skills and excellent communication skills · Physical stamina and dexterity for work involving lifting and moving heavy loads Qualifications High school diploma Able to work either day or night shift At least 1 year of experience in a relevant warehouse setting Experience with ERP, WMS, and have proficient computer skills The T1 Way We move fast, expect accountability, and treat people with respect.
