    "description": "<h2>Position Overview</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Department:</strong> Security</li>\n <li><strong>Schedule:</strong> Wednesday - Sunday, 12:30pm-9:00pm (Off Days: Monday and Tuesday)</li>\n <li><strong>Work Location:</strong> UAB St. Vincent's St.Clair</li>\n <li><strong>Benefits for eligible positions only include:</strong> Generous Paid Time Off, Paid Parental Leave, Associate Assistance Program, Tuition Reimbursement Program, and More</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You Will Do</h2>\n<p>Provide security services to ensure a safe environment for staff and visitors.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform proactive monitoring of and timely responses to potential/actual security threats.</li>\n <li>Investigate, document and manage security incidents and hazards.</li>\n <li>Maintain knowledge/follows policies and procedures regarding alarms and emergency/disaster preparedness plans. May facilitate planned drills and simulations.</li>\n <li>Provide information and assistance to staff and visitors to promote safety.</li>\n <li>Operates in a safe and responsible manner to avoid accidents and traffic or parking violations. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You Will Need</h2>\n<p>Licensure / Certification / Registration:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
