Since its founding, they have focused on innovation and continuous improvement, building a strong reputation for excellence in every aspect of its operations.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Set up, operate, and maintain Weinig moulders</span> to produce precision-milled lumber products.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Adjust cutting heads, feed speeds, and tooling</span> to meet quality and production specifications.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Inspect finished products</span> to ensure they meet company and customer requirements.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Perform routine maintenance</span> on the moulder and troubleshoot mechanical or performance issues.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Train and mentor team members</span> on machine operation, safety procedures, and quality standards.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Monitor workflow and coordinate with other departments</span> to optimize production efficiency.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies</span> to maintain a hazard-free work environment.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Track production metrics and machine performance</span>, reporting any issues to management.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Assist with tool changes and knife grinding</span> as necessary.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications &amp; Skills:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Proven experience operating Weinig moulders</span> or similar precision woodworking machines.</li>\n<li>Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot machinery issues.</li>\n<li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints, measurements, and technical drawings.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with different wood species, grain patterns, and proper cutting techniques.</li>\n<li>Experience with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">grinding, setting up, and maintaining knives</span> for optimal cutting performance.</li>\n<li>Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and supervise others.</li>\n<li>Understanding of <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">lockout/tagout procedures and general sawmill safety</span>.</li>\n<li>Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Education &amp; Experience:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>High school diploma or equivalent required.</li>\n<li>Minimum of <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">3-5 years of experience</span> in moulder operation, preferably with Weinig machinery.</li>\n<li>Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.</li>\n</ul>",
